Description & Features

SUPERNOVA PLUS is high performance purging material for cleaning injection molding machine,which was developed in Germany.
It is used for color change, material change, and preventing black spot in injection molding.
The material cost for cleaning can be saved because it requires less material for cleaning because of its high cleaning effect.
The main advantage is that it can be purged with the same temperature as the injection molding process.
The total cleaning time can be shortened a lot because there is no waiting time for lowering process temperature,and the purged material is easily discharged.
Another big advantage is its high heat resistance. The grade for high temperature process, SUPENOVA PLUS HH,can be used at 400 ℃ process, and less smoke and smell is generated.

＊SUPERNOVA PLUS series is not suitable for cleaning hot runner. Please contact us if you would like to clean hot runner.
